The Worship Leader Training Center is proud to offer a Netcourse in our Character and Leader Track-How to Resolve Relational Conflict. Rory Noland is the director of Heart of the Artist Ministries, an organization dedicated to serving artists in the church and to helping turn teams of church artists into communities of grace. Being an artist himself, he has a heart to help teams grow, especially in the area of relational conflict.
Relational conflict is inevitable-even in church work. In Matthew 18, Jesus gave us a blueprint for resolving such conflict: go to the person and talk it out. However, that's often easier said than done. This session offers practical advice that can make the process less volatile and more rewarding.
