About Suzie

Suzie Stablein is the Director of Training & Development for Worship Leader magazine, The Worshiper and Song DISCovery. Suzie is responsible for the training arm of the organization with a goal to provide quality training and resources for worship leaders, songwriters, artists, pastors, and all of our customers world-wide. With over 15 years invested in church training, as the former conference program manager at Purpose Driven Ministries, and having launched the Worship Leader Workshops through Maranatha Music, she brings a depth of knowledge and understanding to programming both on the large scale national event and to smaller regional training seminars. With a background as a worship leader herself in a small Southern Baptist Church, Suzie has a heart for the joys and struggles that worship leaders face every day. Suzie and her husband Jerry live in Lake Forest, California with their daughter Mileena.

It was a wonderful balance of nuts-and-bolts workshops on every topic plus the spiritual nuturing, correction, and reminders we all need from some of the great featured speakers. Plus the chance to raise our voices with 1500 brothers and sisters, most of which can sing in tune and keep a beat. Starts to give us a better picture of the Isaiah or Revelation throne room, eh?
