2011 Song DISCovery in the Round, Nashville is a one-day songwriting conference for anyone interested in sharpening their skill as a worship songwriter. With insight from some of today's most influential worship leaders, thinkers, and writers; the opportunity to receive evaluation on your own songs; and the fellowship of other artists like you, this conference will prove to be invaluable in your music ministry.

One-on-one song critiques, free for attendees!
(One-one-one sessions will not be available for walk-in registrations)
Song Discovery's one-on-one puts you across the table from an industry pro for a 20-minute evaluation of one of your original songs. If you have only written a couple songs in your life, this is a perfect way to get started on the right track. Or, if you are a seasoned writer, this is a chance for you to delve deeper and entertain new approaches or ideas from a professional.
Space for the one-on-one critiques, is limited and is given on a first-come, first served basis. (To sign up for this add-on, simply click the on-on-one box on the registration page.) You will be emailed closer to the event with your session time. Please make sure to bring your song on a CD and a lyric sheet.

Each person will be able to attend 2 live, all workshops will be recorded and made available after the event to attendees for no additional cost. Please note that titles are subject to change.

Four songs will be chosen to be performed live at the Friday evening night of worship by the conference worship team. To submit a song, you must be a paid registrant and send your MP3 and lyric sheet to phil@wlmag.com no later than May 4, 2011

Pricing: Early Bird pricing has ended, pricing is now $125 per person.
Child Care: Child care is not available. Families are important to us, but because this is a training event, children and infants are not permitted in any of the sessions.
Younger Team Members: Many churches have Junior High and High School aged team members. This training event welcomes those members who serve on your team to register for this conference.
CANCELLATIONS: Registrations may be transferred to another person for the same conference at any time. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted no later than 45 days prior to the conference. No cancellations or refunds will be processed after that date. When a registration is made for our conference, we begin to prepare a spot for each guest - conference materials are printed, food ordered, etc. A $25 processing fee (per person) will apply to all cancellations, this helps to offset the preparation that has already been done. Registrations may be transferred to next year's conference; transferred registrations are good for one year from the date of the original conference.
